I will leave yet another post regarding WCTH and Jack leaving. I’m sure Hallmark and Daniel Lissing are being overwhelmed by #hearties all over the world. We look forward to each Sunday night. Finding out what’s new in Hope Valley. But, most importantly, what’s happening between Jack and Elizabeth. This is a true love story. When each season has ended, we anxiously wait for the new season to begin. How season 5 ended, was the worst end of an endless love. We, all of us who love the show, need to have Jack come back to Elizabeth and us. It doesn’t matter how you do it, just please bring Jack to ” Hope Valley” in Season 6. I have seen so many posts stating that they will stop watching “WCTH” if you don’t. That would mean lost followers and dropped ratings. Think about the future of “WCTH” and us fans. Unfortunately, Daniel Lissing chose to leave the show. That is why the character of Jack Thornton was killed at the end of the season. If you haven’t had a chance to watch the Facebook Live video that Daniel did after the season 5 finale with Lori Loughlin, Erin Krakow, and executive producer Brian Bird, I hope you will as it answers many of our questions and they explain why things happened as they did. Here’s the link to watch it:

Jack left the show. Certainly his right. The aftermath will mean one more year or less of this series, Who wants to see a baby and a new suitor for Elizabeth, Good bye and so long for 5 years of watching……

I was devastated to learn of Jack’s passing. I got roped into Downton Abbey and not a second time. I will no longer watch this show. I hope it was worth it Jack. I am sure the the series will have a season six and then fold. I will find another show not a series to watch. The old adage, once burnt twice shy is a perfect way to end it.
