Important Notes:
1) Most are online forms that you can do quickly and easily. This means that EVERY Heartie can easily send a note to the companies to let them know how much we appreciate them! Get your friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, enemies, and strangers on the street to contact them!
2) Two things that it is VERY IMPORTANT that you mention in your note:
* You MUST mention the fact that you saw the show during WCTH; companies may have just bought general ad time (i.e., not specifically during this show).
* If you are already using their product/service, let them know that. If you intend to start using it because of their support of the show, let them know that.
3) Absolutely follow up your contact with actual money spent on their products and services; show them an increase in goodwill and sales due to their advertising on this show.
4) Procter and Gambleand Hershey’s are two of our biggest sponsors. Please be sure to contact both of these companies. You might make note of the fact that you’ve noticed they are going above and beyond other companies in their support!
5) The contact info below may not be the only way to contact the company. If you discover that there’s another, effective way to send a comment, let Linda Rudd know.Also note that most of these companies have Facebook pages; be sure to visit and Like them.
6) Notice that a lot of our sponsors from last season did not renew their support for this season. This is concerning, so we need to make sure that we are very effusive in our thanks to the following to make sure they opt in for Season 3. We need to keep our sponsors happy –the way to do that is to show that their support is money well-spent.
