Many new adventures in Coal Valley await us, as Season 2 of WHEN CALLS THE HEART will premiere on the Hallmark Channel, April 4, 2015. That date falls on Easter Weekend… a lovely time, I think, to bring back this wonderful family series!
Also, this weekend, on Sunday January 11th, the Hallmark Channel will be airing the first When Calls the Heart premiere movie. Fans of When Calls the Heart, AKA Hearties, will be having their own party, via Twitter.

Without hesitation “When Calls The Heart” is my favorite show. I think for many of us Hearties it is a flashback to when we used to watch, “Little House on the Prairie” and other family shows that just brought a sense of well being. Sometimes the subtle nuances instead of in your face can have more of a lingering impact and mean more.
I commend all involved for trying to bring back family and faith based shows. It is a rare to even be able to find these types of shows on TV or in the movie industry. Thank you for standing up for family programs!
